Job Description

  • Customer service: 
    Greet customers, take orders, answer questions about the menu, make recommendations, and process payments accurately. 
     
  • Beverage and food preparation: 
    Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages following specific recipes, and serve food items like pastries or muffins. 
     
  • Cleaning and maintenance: 
    Keep the work area, equipment, and customer areas clean and sanitary at all times. This includes washing dishes, wiping down counters, and stocking supplies. 
     
  • Equipment operation: 
    Operate and maintain various equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and blenders, and perform basic troubleshooting. 
     
  • Inventory management: 
    Monitor and restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and pastries to ensure they are always available.
